Fulton, KY – Fulton Police are investigating the apparent drowning death of a toddler found in a 5-gallon bucket of bleached water. Chief Terry Powell says the 14-month-old girl was in the care of a babysitter when the body was discovered in the kitchen of a residence Monday night. Powell says the child was face down in a bucket at the time of discovery and was pronounced dead at Fulton's Parkway Regional Hospital. Investigators now await an autopsy report from the State Medical Examiner's Office in Madisonville.
