Madisonville, Ky – The Hopkins County-Madisonville Library Board is still considering a move back downtown. The library abandoned its former downtown location in 2009 due to structural instability. The current location is in Parkway Plaza Mall. Board members plan to discuss property acquisition downtown in a specially-called meeting this afternoon. Chairwoman Marcella Davis says the meeting will also focus on a campaign to raise money for the relocation.
