Madisonville, KY – The Madisonville-Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce held its annual luncheon today, but without its keynote speaker. Republican Congressman Ed Whitfield was scheduled to speak. Heavy snow in the eastern United States prevented the Congressman's plane from reaching Kentucky.
