Murray, KY – Murray Mayor Bill Wells and Calloway County Judge Executive Larry Elkins deliver their state of the community addresses Tuesday. The two are the featured speakers at the Chamber of Commerce's breakfast at Murray State's Curris Center. Elkins plans to focus on infrastructure and Calloway County's economic standing. The Judge-Executive will also push what he calls significant goals for this year and beyond. Mayor Wells plans for a different approach. Wells took office in late December, and will introduce himself and some other newly appointed officials to the community.
