Paducah Police Confiscate $40k of Fake Pot/Pipes

By Chris Taylor

Paducah, KY – Paducah Police last week confiscated some $40,000 worth of synthetic marijuana and smoking paraphernalia from three local businesses. Police say undercover officers purchased the newly-illegal drugs sold under names like "Posh," "Spice" and "K2", as well as smoking devices from the stores: Star Mart, T-Mart and Feeling Groovy. Police Spokesperson Robin Newberry says no charges have been filed in the cases and the investigation is on-going.
