Paducah, KY – A Paducah man is in police custody on homicide charges. 35-year-old Jerome John Thomas allegedly stabbed Sylenia Williams to death late Saturday night. Paducah Police say Thomas entered Western Baptist Hospital with a knife and told a worker he killed someone. Investigators found Williams' body in her North 13th Street home. An autopsy is scheduled for today. Thomas is being held at the McCracken County Regional Jail on a one million dollar bond.
