Jackson, TN – A one-night census of homeless people in West Tennessee will help determine funding to aid them. A number of volunteers will conduct tonight's count. The Jackson Sun reports they will fan out to places where homeless people gather. The results will figure into how the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development distributes funding.
