Fort Campbell, KY – More than 900 Fort Campbell soldiers are scheduled to return home from Afghanistan by Sunday. The flights, which arrive Thursday and Saturday, will transport soldiers from the 3rd Brigade Combat Team and the 101st Combat Aviation Regiment. More than 17,000 soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division are scheduled to return to the installation on the Kentucky-Tennessee state line after a year long deployment to Afghanistan by this summer.
