Attorney Wants Search Warrant Evidence Dropped

By Chris Taylor

Paducah, KY – An attorney for one of the people charged with the December kidnapping and death of a Paducah woman wants all evidence obtained through a search warrant suppressed. Four family members are charged in connection with the death of 21-year-old CaSondra Evrard, whose body was found dumped in an area creek. Jamie Taylor's Attorney Len Ogden claims the affidavit the McCracken County Sheriffs Department used to obtain a search warrant to his client's home was misleading. The Paducah Sun reports attorneys for the other accused suspects want to review the motion before deciding whether they would join it.
