Paris, TN – Paris, Tennessee's newly-appointed Interim City Manager Carl Holder says his office has discovered what appears to be improper accounting methods' at City Hall. Holder says the city is now undergoing a limited audit in affected sectors, on top of the city's regular annual audit. According to the Paris Post Intelligencer, Holder hopes to have a detailed report on the irregularities at the next City Commission meeting. Holder replaced Jack Tarkington last month after Tarkington resigned from the post.
