Grand Rivers, KY – Rescue crews continue to search the Cumberland River in Livingston County today for a missing man. County emergency response crews and the Coast Guard of Paducah are looking for Roy Hastings Jr. of Wakeman, Ohio. Police believe Hastings jumped off the I-24 bridge over the river yesterday to avoid being hit in a multi-vehicle crash. Livingston County Sheriff's Deputy Clint Neucomb says the cold temperatures are hindering the search. Neucomb says boats are using sonar to search the river bed. He says rescuers will be out on until dark today.
