Paducah, KY – A McCracken County grand jury has indicted two former County Schools bus garage employees on embezzling charges. 43-year-old Chris Stamper and 51-year-old Tommy Clement allegedly falsified invoices over the last year and a half to purchase tools and vehicle parts for personal use. The Paducah Sun reports Stamper and Clement face alternative charges of theft and receiving more than $10,000 worth of stolen property, which gives prosecutors the option of which charge to try them on.
