Paducah, KY – Paducah Mayor Bill Paxton signed off on a contract yesterday after City Commissioners approved an agreement with the International Association of Fire Fighters. The three year contract provides for incremental wage increases totaling 2.5%. Local 168 President Barry Carter says this is the fourth contract he's negotiated with the city. City Manager Jeff Pederson says the negotiations were professional, cordial and constructive.
