Paducah, KY – Another Paducah annexation is in the works to bring a mostly vacant commercial shopping center in Lone Oak within the city limits. Planning Director Steve Ervin yesterday introduced an ordinance to City Commissioners to add a 1.5 acre property on Lone Oak Road. The property is adjacent to the current city boundary. Ervin says the property's owner requested the annexation. Commissioners are expected to vote on the measure early next month.
