Paducah, KY – A Flood Warning is in effect for the Ohio River at Grand Chain Dam as river levels surpassed the flood stage yesterday evening. Levels are currently one and a half feet above the flood stage and are expected to rise about five more feet by this morning's end. Moderate flooding is forecast in the area and additional rises are possible.
