Paducah, KY – Work this morning on US 45/Lone Oak Road in McCracken County will restrict traffic along the southbound lanes. Paducah Water Works will be boring the roadway to specifically determine the location of a gas line. The work is expected to last until noon.
And in Hopkins County, a stretch of Kentucky Highway 1034 will close today as workers upgrade railroad crossing in between the 11 and 12 mile markers. That work is expected to wrap up around 4:00pm.
Transportation officials warn drivers should use caution when in close proximity with equipment and personnel along the roadway work zones.
