Paducah, KY – Paducah officials yesterday previewed plans for this year's LowerTown Art and Music Festival. Co-Director Michael Terra says twice the number of artists and restaurants intend to be involved with the event this year over that of last year's, which drew over 13,000 people from 213 different zip codes. Terra also announced this station's involvement: WKMS will broadcast a live Front Porch concert program from the main stage. The festival will be held the weekend of May 20th.
