Princeton, KY – Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear has appointed Phillip Wayne Sisk of Princeton to serve as Caldwell County's Fourth District Magistrate. Sisk replaces magistrate George Kilgore, who resigned following an investigation into improper conduct in his role as City-County Park director. He will serve until the general election in November. Sisk is in recreation vehicle sales and service with Murphy's RV Inc.
