Paducah, KY – Paducah officials yesterday renewed a three year contract with its local Police union. The agreement's provisions include incremental wage increases totaling two and a half percent. Paducah Police Sergeant Brian Laird says he and other union officials were pleased with the negotiation process. The new agreement also makes health insurance benefits more flexible and increases officers' clothing allowance.
