Paducah, KY – Police yesterday arrested three more people in connection with the December kidnapping and death of a McCracken County woman. 21-year-old Brandi Marshall, 19-year-old Zachary Finely and an unidentified 18-year-old woman face kidnapping complicity charges. Police allege the three were in the car with CaSondra Evrard the day she went missing. The arrests bring the total to seven connected with Evrard's death.
