Frankfort, KY – Kentucky's Legislative Research Committee assistant budget director Debra Gabbard is leaving that job to become the CFO of the Kentucky League of Cities. Gabbard has worked with the LRC since 2007. She previously worked in the cabinets of finance and administration.
