Frankfort, KY – The Kentucky Senate Appropriations and Revenue Committee this morning is expected to approve a revised version of House Bill One. That's the Medicaid bill that cleared the House 94-4 Monday. Majority Floor Leader Robert Stivers says debt restructuring and verification of managed care savings are still areas of concern for the Senate. Once the bill clears the Senate, it likely will take a House/Senate conference committee to iron out the differences.
