Murray, KY – Murray-Calloway County Hospital's new CEO took over responsibilities today. The hospital board selected Jerome Penner to fill the job in January. CEO Keith Bailey retired in November. Brad Bloemer has been filling in during the interim. Penner was previously director of the United States Army hospital at Fort Lewis-McHord in Washington. He retired from 29 years in the army to take the position at MCCH
