Murray, KY – Murray's Spring Creek nursing home received high marks in a national, online nursing home report card. The report, provided by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, gives the 47-year-old facility a 4-star ranking. The survey ranks nursing home health inspections, staffing, quality measures and an overall rating.
