Madisonville, KY – A Hopkins County grand jury has indicted Jonathon Brown of Madisonville on multiple sex crimes involving minors. The Madisonville Messenger reports Brown faces hundreds of charges, including incest, first-degree sexual abuse, and possession of matter portraying a performance by a minor. The Kentucky State Police arrested Brown in February and charged him with possession of sexual material. A further investigation led to more charge. Commonwealth's Attorney David Massamore says if Brown is found guilty, he could face 50 to 100 years in jail.
