Murray, KY – The city of Cape Girardeau, Missouri voted on implementing the Smoke Free Air Act yesterday. City Public Information Coordinator Nicolette Brennan says that the vote failed 52-48 percent, but that neighboring cities O'Fallon, Springfield, and Webb City all passed their smoking bans during the vote yesterday.
