Cadiz, Ky. – Trigg County's Fiscal Court has passed the first reading of an adult business ordinance. Judge-Executive Stan Humphries agrees it's more restrictive than the current one. The ordinance says adult businesses are often used for illegal sexual activities like prostitution. It also says the spread of sexually transmitted diseases is a concern. Businesses regulated by the ordinance include adult arcades, adult bookstores, adult novelty stores, and adult video stores, among others.
