Owensboro, Ky. – Prosecutors in western Kentucky have dropped a murder charge against one of five teens accused of killing of a Daviess County man. Eighteen-year-old Cameron Agee yesterday instead pleaded guilty to robbery, burglary and hiding the weapon used in the shooting. He faces up to 12 years in prison if a judge accepts the plea. Agee was a juvenile last year when 23-year-old Joshua E. Newcomb was shot and killed during an alleged a robbery attempt. Agee was later charged as an adult.
