Paducah, KY – A McCracken District judge has certified as an adult a seventh defendant charged in connection with the 2010 kidnapping and death of CaSondra Evrard. Destini Marshall was 18 by the time of her arrest last March, but was 17 when Evrard disappeared. Since prosecutors allege the kidnapping resulted in Evrard's death, the charge against Marshall could be punishable by 20 years to life in prison. According to the Paducah Sun, McCracken County Sheriff's Detective Tim Reed says Marshall was involved in bringing Evrard to the location where authorities believe she was killed.
