Frankfort, KY – Kentucky highway fatalities dropped to an 11 year low last year. Kentucky Office of Highway Safety officials say there were 760 fatalities on roadways last year- down 31 from 2009. This is the fifth straight year that roadway deaths have been on decline in the Commonwealth. About 17 percent of the 2010 deaths involved alcohol.
