Washington, D. C. – Kentucky's First District US Congressman Ed Whitfield says the Federal EPA should not be allowed to regulate greenhouse gas emissions. The Republican who chairs the House Energy and Power subcommittee says that would cause electricity costs to skyrocket and the US to lose business to China and India. Whitfield also claims the EPA doesn't have the manpower to regulate greenhouse gases.
