Cave-In-Rock, Ill. – Hardin County authorities in southern Illinois are investigating human remains found over the weekend under a house's floor. Sheriff Lloyd Cullison says a man who bought the house near Cave-In-Rock made the discovery yesterday while tearing out the floor. Cullison told the Southern Illinoisan he suspects the remains may have been there for 20 years. The sheriff says he plans to check property records at the courthouse, and will look into unsolved missing person cases.
