Paducah, KY – National Weather Service forecasters say a fast moving storm system is slowing down. The result could be enough rainfall in local areas to flood small streams. Western Kentucky has seen widespread rainfall this morning. As the storms cross Kentucky, they'll usher in a cold front that will drop temperatures, which have been above normal during the past week. The front will cool the weather so that by the weekend, many spots won't reach 60 degrees.
