Frankfort, KY – Kentucky officials are reporting a 5.3% increase in revenue this fiscal year. The growth exceeds expectations of state economists who had projected revenue to rise 4.5%. General fund receipts have posted 11 consecutive monthly increases, a strong signal that the economy is recovering from recession.
