Livingston County, KY – Kentucky Transportation officials have closed state highway 137 in Livingston County due to high water breaching two sections of the roadway. Spokesman Keith Todd says Water Over Road signs are up warning drivers to avoid the route between the 9 and the 14 mile markers.
