Ft. Campbell, Kentucky – A 101st Airborne Division Soldier collapsed and died during physical training at Fort Campbell, Kentucky this week. Twenty-nine-year-old Specialist James Lewis Smith of Conway, Arkansas collapsed Monday on the base. The decorated soldier transferred to Fort Campbell this month. His death is under investigation.
