Clarksville, TN – Hopkins County Schools will be delayed one hour and Montgomery County, Tennessee schools will be running on a 1 hour delayed schedule as the area remains under a flood warning this morning. Buses will be on rain routes which may cause some delay in pick up times even beyond the one-hour delayed schedule.
