Hopkinsville, KY – Two Christian County Teenagers return to Christian County court July 12th for their sentencing hearing after pleading guilty in a fatal beating of drug informant John Lyle. Deputy Clerk Tammy Pritchett says 17 year olds Tavian Spencer and Jermon Childs pleaded guilty to second degree manslaughter charges Monday morning. Commonwealth Attorney Lynn Pryor is prosecuting the two, as well as the four other young men involved in the assault. The rest of the accused individuals entered their pleas last fall except for Quartez Lynch- whose jury trial is set for June 27
