Smithland, KY – The Ohio River at Smithland is expected to crest this morning at 55 feet and later today in Paducah at 55.5 feet. Downstream at Brookport, Illinois, levels are within inches of cresting today at 57 feet and at Cairo the river is cresting at 59.7 feet.
