Central City, KY – The man responsible for the drunk driving death of a Central City woman is set for sentencing on May 25th in Ohio County Circuit Court. 52-year-old Central City resident Timothy Cheatham was initially charged with manslaughter, driving under the influence and other charges in the September death of 41-year-old Cathy Ward. He pleaded guilty instead to second-degree manslaughter. Ward was a passenger on Cheatham's motorcycle.
