Smithland, KY – Parts of US 60 in eastern Livingston County are open again. Water has dropped off most of the road between the 13 and 19 mile markers, though some remains at the edges. Crews are monitoring part of the road that is still limited to one lane. Local traffic can enter Smithland, but the road nearby the flood wall remains closed. Officials recommend through traffic between Paducah and Marion continue to use US 641 and I-24.
