Lexington, Ky. – Usually, voter turnout is a discussion point before and during election day. As KPR's Stu Johnson reports, it's still be talked about this evening.
Very early results showed tea party favorite Phil Moffett with a sizable lead over David Williams in Kentucky's second largest city, Lexington. Election officials predicted only about ten percent of eligible voters would venture out today. Lebanon Senator, Jimmy Higdon admits turnout has been an issue today...
... a few other lawmakers have been seen at the Marriot in Lexington, but not within the last half hour or so. And the GOP hopeful David Williams is not down in the ballroom yet.
