Frankfort, KY – Republican Hilda Legg is withholding a concession after a close race with Bill Johnson for the GOP nomination for Secretary of State. Johnson finished ahead of Legg by about one-thousand, one-hundred votes with 100 percent of precincts reporting statewide. Results from yesterday's elections have not yet been certified. Alison Lundergan Grimes won the Democratic nomination.
