Clarksville, TN – Contractors in Clarksville are seeking an indefinite extension on the Liberty Park marina project. TMS Contracting attorney Gregory Cashion says the company will not resume work until the city agrees to numerous conditions including the extension. This comes as relations between the city and its lead contractor are already strained. The Clarksville Leaf-Chronicle reports the first phase of the project, originally scheduled to take just 150 days, will soon be in its third year. The park was originally scheduled to open in November of last year.
