Paducah, KY – The City of Paducah is closing roads this morning in preparation for this weekend's LowerTown Arts and Music Festival. Madison will be closed between 5th and 8th Streets. 6th and 7th Streets will be closed between Harrison and Monroe Streets. The festival begins tomorrow afternoon at 3 and runs all weekend. The festival last year drew over 13,000 people from 213 different zip codes. WKMS will broadcast a live Front Porch concert program from the main stage on Saturday.
