Fulton, KY – The New Orleans-to-Chicago Amtrak train that stops in Fulton will resume its full route tomorrow. The route between Cairo, Illinois and Memphis, Tennessee closed for nearly a month due to flooding on the lower Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. Amtrak says the Chicago-Carbondale route remained open and the company is offering refunds to affected passengers.
