Metropolis, IL – The United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission hosts a town hall meeting tonight on its review of the Metropolis, Illinois Honeywell Corporation plant. The focus will be on the agency's review of plant performance on safety operations, safeguards, radiological controls, facility support and other topics that arose out of last year's operations. The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 this evening at the Massac County Courthouse. It was rescheduled from earlier this month due to flooding on the Ohio River.
