McCracken, Marshall Counties, Ky. – McCracken County officials have opened the county courthouse to anyone who needs to seek shelter. The structure, at 300 South Seventh Street in Paducah, has a basement.
In Marshall County, the courthouse and the judicial buildings are open, and they also have basements.
