Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan proposed to the city council yesterday to terminate a lease agreement with Greg Batts to build and operate the city's Marina. The Clarksville Leaf-Chronicle reports Batts, who owns and operates the Prizer Point Marina in Cadiz, has struggled to finance the new project. The city may be soliciting other parties to take over the lease.
