Springfield, IL – Illinois' spring legislation is scheduled to wrap up Tuesday. The House approved a measure Monday letting power companies raise their rates so they can afford to modernize. Still to be resolved are the state budget, the possibility of doing away with the workers' compensation system, and drawing new congressional district boundaries.
